To place an order

Orders can be placed 24/7 via our online store or by phone during business hours. Order confirmation will be provided via email when an order is placed.

Please note: All orders are charged upon Placement. MikaMaya Art, LLC strives to provide accurate product and pricing information to our customers at all times. However, errors do occur on rare occasions, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. If a credit card charge had been processed, a refund would be issued promptly.

Personalization

We would love to personalize your artwork with your favorite name or greeting to make it even more special for you. Additional charges up to $50 may apply.

Payment Options

We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners. All orders are charged upon placement.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Massachusetts. MikaMaya Art, LLC is required by state law to collect 6.25% sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state of Massachusetts.

My Account /Order Status

If you created a registered account at checkout, you may login to your account to check the status of your order at any time. If you proceeded with your order as a "guest", your order status will not be viewable online through  MikaMaya Art, LLC website, but can be accessed at any time with your order confirmation number by contacting customer service at customercare@mikamayaart.com.
